A mini-split wall mount is located on the top of one of your walls and is where hot air or air conditioning is expelled through the outdoor unit. This system is typically done without the use of ductwork.

Fujitsu Ceiling Cassettes are low profile and hug the ceiling keeping them out of sight. Ceiling Cassettes do not require any ductwork which increases their energy efficiency.
