We provide comprehensive preventive maintenance for your Mini-Split Heat Pump system(s), including:

  • Inspect and clean air filters

  • Clean indoor and outdoor coils

  • Inspect and clean blower wheel

  • Check refrigerant lines and levels

  • Clean drain line and drain pan

  • Inspect electrical connections

  • Lubricate moving parts

  • Inspect and clean air vents and louvers

  • Test remote control and thermostat

  • Verify insulation and unit mounting

  • Clear debris around outdoor unit

  • Run system in all modes to check operation

  • Check for air infiltration and seal gaps

Optional add-ons like deep coil cleaning or indoor unit cleaning can be requested at the time of service.
